Over the past several years, we have developed a powerful online, real time, multi-language benchmarking software product which has been used to benchmark many areas of business IT, both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Finding out about your own performance
Benchmarking is used to give organisations insights into their performance and, particularly in multi-level division/departmental mode, can allow large enterprises to drill down across the organisation to identify areas most in need of improvement.

Sales enablement
Our software has also been deployed by many IT industry vendors in a sales enablement role, giving sales people the ability to open and sustain conversations with their customers and prospects on relevant aspects of their IT infrastructure and operations.

Programme development
Combined with a range of other interactive online tools and downloadable content, we have deployed benchmarking in a range of ways from simple standalone online research through to themed portals (such as environmental and green IT issues), and for a diverse range of customers.

Building data for research
Benchmarking generates thousands of user organisation data points every month, continually generating information which feeds into Bathwick's research models.
